From Samui International Airport, Bangrak pier is a 10–15-minute transfer away; the Haad Rin Queen sails directly from Bangrak to Haad Rin in 20–30 minutes, around six times daily. Its terminal is 500 m from the hostel. Thong Sala is 9.7 km away, and shared songthaews travel from the port town to Haad Rin. Free public parking is available on site without reservations, and check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00.

Haad Rin Viewpoint is 650 m away, while Haad Khontee Beach is 1 km and Haad Yuan is 2 km from the hostel. Haad Yuan and Haad Thian have no road connection; taxi-boats from Haad Rin provide access to those beaches. The drier, calmer season is February to April; October to December is the wettest period, with rougher seas on the east coast most likely in November and December.
